These providers only have access to the Personal Information you submit through the AI features of the Platform and only have access to the Personal Information strictly necessary for the intended purposes.   3. Subject to our legal and contractual obligations, we will delete or anonymize all your Personal Information from our active systems within 30 days of your request
  4. Some information may be retained in our backup systems for an additional period before being completely erased in accordance with our backup rotation schedule

If you decide to change forest advisor:

  1. Your data and your FMP will remain accessible in your Fyri account
  2. Your new forest advisor will have access to the history of your FMP and to the forest data already present in the Platform
  3. Your former forest advisor will no longer have access to new data generated after the date of the change, but will retain read-only access to data, work and exchanges carried out during the period in which they were your advisor
  4. The specific technical contributions of the former advisor (such as certain analyses or personalized recommendations) will remain in your file, but will be clearly attributed to their author
